I'm 64 and have waist length hair. It was starting to thin and I was seeing way too much hair falling all over the house and in my brush morning and night. I read about all the big name hair vitamins and chose this based on cost and reviews. The only real "downside" I read was it takes 3 months to notice a difference. I'd say it takes 2 months to notice not as much hair loss. At 3 months this week I am very happy to notice my ponytail is thicker at the base so quite a bit of hair has started growing back in. I have tons of 1" whispies along my hair line. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

Within a month of use I noticed my hair was thicker and darker. It won't get rid of all the gray, but it should restore a little color so that you aren't 100% grayed-out. Taste and texture (smooth) make it easy to take.

About a month in and my hair feels fuller at the roots. Easy one-a-day capsule with no weird aftertaste. Too early to call it dramatic but I'm happy with the direction.
