From the brand

  2. Mindfulness and nutrition share a common goal of promoting balance and harmony in the body. A mindfulness practice can help individuals to develop a better understanding of their body's needs and promote a more intuitive approach to eating. Similarly, a balanced diet can help to support optimal physical and mental health, allowing individuals to feel more centered and focused.

  3. How did we get our start?

Our founder, Josh Davis wanted to create products to help fellow veterans struggling with mental health challenges. Overtime, this mission grew to create products that help everyone with life's ups and downs. Because we're all in this together :)

    What makes our products unique?

Our products focus on helping with the four pillars of good mental health: Healthy Nutrition, Quality Sleep, Stress Management and Physical Activity.

Why do we love what we do?

We help others through our products and donations to mental health related programs nationwide such as NAMI and WWP.
