I have been taking this product for about three weeks, I am pleased at how much the shedding has improved. Before I had clumps of hair coming out, now it is only a strand or so. Nails are growing. Time will tell if my hair actually starts to grow in the places I would like for it to grow as opposed just in length. It might be a stretch but I think my hair is thickening up a little bit. I have very thin, fine hair. I think it looks fuller, certainly it is not as sickly looking as was a few weeks ago. I had surgery and have a few other health issues that are taking a toll on my hair. When you don't get nourishment the rest of the body suffers. My hair certainly feels softer, still have issues w/frizz but I don't expect vitamins to end the frizz issue. Who knows, maybe w/time it will. I am just grateful and happy the shedding has slowed down, noticeably so. If I get new hair growth, other than length, I will give an update.
