These are more than just creatine, it has all kinds of goodness, D3(with K, because D is useless without K to help absorb it), Collagen, probiotics. I didnt read the description well and had no idea about the collagen and probiotics, so that was a nice bonus. The gummies taste pretty good, no medicine flavor at all, just a nice berry blast. Consistency is fine, not too light and not to dense and chewy.
