This Biotin supplement has great ingredients, tastes pleasant considering it's sugar free with a nice strawberry flavor that isn't medicinal, have a nice texture which is also a worry with sugar free gummies, and have been a super helpful way to get both biotin and collagen without much fuss. I also appreciate that this includes decent doses of Vitamin C, E, B6, B12, Zinc, and D3--although one should consider this when taking with other vitamins. Personally, I've found Biotin/Collagen as effective supports for my hair, nail, and skin health over the past few years, so I'm going to keep it rolling! Biotin gummies are easy to take. They are half-circle shaped, with one side looking like a berry and the other side flat. They are easy to chew and do not get stuck in your teeth as a lot of gummies do. They also taste good with not much of an aftertaste. These gummies are high potency and are sugar-free. I have taken biotin before in pill form, and after about 2 days I had to stop taking them. They really hurt my kidneys, so I was hesitant to try these. I've been taking them for about 4 days, and I have had no ill effects from them. That's a relief because I need all the help I can get with my nails and hair.

They came securely sealed and were not stuck together like lower quality gummies can often be. I have been taking these gummies for a month now and I can say that I’ve been losing less hair than before. I’m in a glp-1 drug and I have been losing a bunch if hair and since I started taking these gummies, it has decreased significantly. And I love the taste, so that’s an extra bonus!

As far as gummies go, these are decent. Good flavor, no noticeable aftertaste, no sugar, and not horribly chewy to the point where they stick in your teeth. So that's a win. No nausea or negative effects after taking them. Can be done on an empty stomach in the morning. The company seems decent and there are transparent dosages on the back which is always a win. I think these are fairly affordable compared to some other collagen supplements. That being said, I don't really notice a huge difference with these. Have been taking them for a few weeks and haven't noticed crazy changes in my nails or hair. I have taken other brands before where I have noticed significant changes, so maybe this brand just is not quite as potent or doesn't digest quite as well as powders I've taken previously. I also have pretty healthy skin and nails and hair, so maybe there's not quite as much to notice here. I don't think it hurts to give it a go if you are completely new to biotin and collagen supplements. But for me personally, I think I've had more success with other brands and will not be getting these again. Although if you are looking for an affordable introduction these could be good, because the ones I have had more success with are more expensive.
